Favorite type of Ice Cream

As the title implies, what is your favorite type of Ice Cream? Mine would have to be Cookies N' Cream.

ah yes ^^ there is actually a restaurant in my hometown that offers a dish called "The Sweet French Fillet" it is a 12oz sirloin wrapped in bacon, coated in a sauce made with honey mustard, and then finished with fried onions on top ^^

Cream or neapolitan,or...argh too many,I can't choose!

i know... you can't narrow icec cream down to one T__T
